We needed a larger home for our growing family, and DSR Skymarq seemed like a good option. The 4 BHK flats are large, starting from 3999 square feet, offering plenty of room. Kairos Global School is only 750 meteaway, which is fantastic for the kids. The project offemany amenities like a Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, and a Skating Rink, which the children are already excited about. The developer, DSR Builde& Develope, is building this in Puppalaguda. It is under construction until May 2028. The budget is quite high, from 4.07 Crore to 5.55 Crore, which was a stretch for us, but the proximity to the school and the size of the apartments made us go for it. We hope the construction quality is as good as promised.
