We were looking for a spacious apartment and found DSR Fortune Prime. We bought a 4 BHK, which is quite large, between 4500 to 5860 square feet. The location is decent, though getting onto the main roads can sometimes be a challenge due to traffic. The project was ready to move in, which was convenient. The 3.34K sq.m clubhouse and the cricket pitch are good additions. The price, around 9.96 Crore for the larger units, is quite high, but the area is developing, so we hope for appreciation.
