We were looking for a ready-to-move option and checked out DSP DS Vrindavan Phase II. The 1 BHK flats have a carpet area ranging from 334 to 365 square feet. The landscaping and tree planting look nice, and they have provision for 24x7 water supply, which is essential. The nearby Orchid Speciality Hospital is nearby, which is good to know. However, the construction dust in the area was noticeable during our visit. While D. S. P. Developehas other projects, this one felt a bit basic in terms of external finish. The internal roads and footpaths are there, but the overall aesthetics could be improved. It's functional, but not exactly luxurious.
