The 2 BHK apartments here start from 1000 square feet, which is quite spacious for the price point. The location in Nagavara is developing well, with two metro stations nearby – Nagawara and Jakkur, both a short distance. This connectivity is a big plus. The project is still under construction and expected to be completed by March 2027. The price range from 57.53 Lakh seems reasonable for North Bangalore. I am happy with the amenities listed like the gymnasium and swimming pool. Solid waste management is also a priority for me. I hope the construction quality holds up.

We were impressed with the spacious layouts at DS Swastika. My partner really liked the 1240 sq ft option for the 2 BHK. The price is a bit high, touching close to 80 Lakhs for the bigger ones, but the location near Manyata Tech Park is perfect for our commutes. We are planning to book a 3 BHK which starts around 1226 sq ft. The project is under construction with completion slated for March 2027. We saw the plans for the children's play area and swimming pool, which are great for future family life. The only slight concern is the traffic getting out of Nagavara during peak hou, but that's common in Bangalore. Overall, we feel it’s a good buy for us.

The price of 57.53 Lakh was within my budget. DS-MAX Properties Private Limited seems like a reputable builder. They offer good amenities like a gymnasium and a swimming pool. The project is under construction and expected to be completed by March 2027. The nearby metro stations, Nagawara and Jakkur, are a short distance, which is great for weekend travel. The only minor issue is the 24/7 facility management might be overkill for a single peon, but it adds to the safety.
