My family and I recently moved into a spacious 3 BHK at DS Max Sandalwood. The built-up area is approximately 1435 sq.ft, offering plenty of room. We paid around 85 Lakhs for this unit. The developer, DS-MAX Properties Private Limited, has included a good range of amenities, including a clubhouse, indoor games, and a swimming pool. The Vastu compliant design was also important for us. The location in Nagasandra is developing, with schools like GuruShree Vidya Kendra nearby. However, parking can be a bit of a challenge if you have multiple vehicles, and the roads leading into the community are not the best. Water supply has been consistent so far. Overall, it’s a decent place to live.

We decided to upgrade from our rental place and chose DS Max Sandalwood for a 3 BHK. The space is good, around 1400 sq.ft, much better than our current apartment. The price was around 80 Lakhs, which is what we expected for this size and location in Bengaluru North. DS-MAX Properties Private Limited has provided a gym and a jogging track, which we plan to use regularly. The fact that it’s a gated community with 24x7 security is a big plus for us. The main drawback is the traffic getting out of Nagasandra towards Andrahalli Main Road, it can be quite heavy during peak houAlso, dust from ongoing construction nearby is sometimes an issue.

I finally bought my fit flat at DS Max Sandalwood. It's a 2 BHK and the built-up area is around 1100 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for one peon. I really liked the swimming pool and the gymnasium, perfect for unwinding after work. The location in Nagasandra is decent, though getting to the metro station at Nagasandra takes about 15 minutes by car. The price was within my budget, around 65 Lakhs. Construction looks solid, and it's a gated community which gives a sense of security. There’s a flower garden too, which is a nice touch. I’m happy with my decision.

DS-MAX Properties Private Limited completed the project in 2013, and it is ready to move in. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained. Being a gated community with 24x7 security is a standard expectation. My main concern is the connectivity to the main Asian Highway 47, which is nearby, and the Nagasandra Metro Station is also a considerable distance. The lack of readily available OC details was also a point of hesitation. It's an average property for its time.

It's a ready-to-move-in property, which was a priority for us. The location is okay, close to GuruShree Vidya Kendra school. One thing to note is that the OC is not available, which is a bit concerning for a new buyer. However, the overall structure and amenities feel good.
