    I picked Sobha Basil for my parents who are living in Bengaluru. They wanted a ready-to-move flat with good amenities. The 1479 sq.ft 3 BHK offeample space for them. It's located in Nagasandra, Bengaluru North, which is a developing area. The proximity to the metro station is a huge plus for them to travel easily. The swimming pool and clubhouse were also key selling points. I chose Sobha Limited because of their reputation for quality construction. My parents are comfortable there and appreciate the gymnasium and the overall peaceful environment.

We looked at the 3 BHK which is around 1414 sq.ft, and it felt much bigger than our rental. The location is good because it's very close to the Nagasandra Metro Station, making our commute much easier. The only slight issue is the distance to Kempegowda International Airport, which is quite far at nearby, but we don't travel much by air.
