DS Developer seems to have a good track record, which was a deciding factor. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and rainwater harvesting are practical. I am concerned about the completion date being June 2025; it feels a bit far off given we are already in 2024. Also, the area near Old Jakat Naka can get quite congested during peak houWe are hoping the traffic situation improves closer to possession. Overall, the project seems decent for the investment, but the timeline and traffic are definite points to consider before making a final decision.
