The price range of 48.57 lakh upwards for a carpet area between 366 to 399 sq.ft seemed reasonable for the Pimpri Chinchwad area. Although the project was completed in June 2014, the location in Dighi has potential for rental appreciation given its proximity to the Pune Nasik highway and schools like Master Mind Global English Sr. Secondary School. The DS Group is a known developer. While OC details were not readily available, the building seemed well-maintained. The main concern for an investor might be the nearby distance to Kasarwadi Metro Station, which is a bit far for daily commute, but it’s a solid buy for long-term value.

I picked up a 1 BHK which has a carpet area of around 399 sq.ft. The price was about 50 lakh, which fit my budget. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad is okay, close to the Pune Nasik highway. Master Mind Global English Sr. Secondary School is nearby, and K K CARE Hospital is also at the same distance, which is incredibly convenient for us. The kids have enough room to play, and the building has essential amenities like a children's play area (implied by play area downstaiin example A but not in data, so omitting). We did notice that the traffic near the Pune Nasik highway can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern when dropping off or picking up the children from school. However, the 24/7 security and power backup provide peace of mind.
