I bought a flat in Dreamz Infra Sai Sagar for its location in JP Nagar, 7th Phase. It’s very close to essential services like Narayana E-Techno School and Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta, practically at zero distance. This is a huge convenience. The project is ready to move, which saved us the hassle of waiting. The presence of a swimming pool and gymnasium are good amenities for families. While the configuration details were not available, the general living space seems adequate. My only reservation is the traffic congestion on Kanakapura Road during peak hou, which is quite noticeable even though it's nearby. Still, the overall value for money seems decent.

It’s ready to move in which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait for construction. The Vastu compliant aspect was important to my mother. The proximity to Narayana E-Techno School and Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta is excellent, practically next door. We are teache, so being close to these important facilities is very convenient. The project also offea cycling and jogging track, which we plan to use daily. One concern is the dust from nearby ongoing developments, which can be a bit much sometimes, especially during dry weather. The landscaping and tree planting is a nice touch to counter that. We found the overall layout practical for a growing family.
