The developer, Dreamways Infra Projects Private Limited, has given a completion date of December 2029. It’s under construction right now. The proximity to GD GOENKA SIGNATURE SCHOOL is a huge plus. I haven't seen many amenities listed yet, but the potential for growth in this area is what excites me. My main worry is the distance to the nearest metro station, Sector 55-56 Metro Station, which is a short distance. It might make commuting a bit challenging initially.
