Decided on DRA Pristine Pavilion 2 for its ready-to-move status. We needed a place quickly. Our 3 BHK is 1201 sq.ft, which provides enough room for our family. The location on GST Road is excellent for business travel, very accessible. The amenities are quite good, especially the gymnasium and the 24x7 water supply, which is essential. The landscaping and tree planting give it a nice feel. Parking is adequate for our needs. My only slight reservation is the traffic on GST Road can be heavy during peak hou, making journeys sometimes longer than expected. However, the overall quality and convenience outweigh this minor issue for us.

We recently moved into a 2 BHK at DRA Pristine Pavilion 2, size 609 sq.ft. It’s an upgrade from our rental. The project is ready to move, which meant we could settle in immediately. The location on GST Road is very convenient for our daily commutes to work. The developer, DRA Group, seems to have provided good amenities like a gymnasium and a clubhouse which we are exploring. The landscaping looks nice too. We appreciate the 24x7 security. However, the room sizes, particularly the bedrooms, feel a bit compact for our liking, even for a 609 sq.ft configuration. We are still adjusting. The price point seemed reasonable for the area and amenities, but the smaller rooms are a slight concern for long-term comfort.

We just moved into our 2 BHK here at DRA Pristine Pavilion 2. The size is good, ouis 844 sq.ft and feels quite spacious. Being a ready to move project was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. The location near GST Road is convenient for my commute to the IT corridor. They have a gym and a jogging track which we use often. The security features like 24x7 CCTV and gated community give us peace of mind. One small thing is that the road leading into the complex can get a bit dusty during dry spells, but it’s manageable. Overall, a decent place for a young couple starting out.

I bought a 3 BHK unit in DRA Pristine Pavilion 2 as an investment. The area of Singaperumal Koil is developing, and its proximity to GST Road offegood connectivity. DRA Group has a track record, which was a factor in my decision. The unit is 1201 sq.ft, which is a decent size for the rental market. While it is ready to move, I plan to rent it out. The amenities like the clubhouse and landscaping are attractive for potential tenants. My main concern is the current rental yield, which is not as high as I hoped, but I expect it to improve as the area matures further. This is a long-term play for me.

We chose DRA Pristine Pavilion 2 because of its proximity to schools. Maharishi Vidya Mandir is only nearby, which is perfect for our kids. We got a 2 BHK which is 844 sq.ft, and it’s comfortable for our small family. The gated community aspect and 24x7 security were major selling points for us. Having a children's play area is a plus, though we haven't seen that listed, but there's space for them to run around. The 24x7 water supply is also a great convenience. The only issue we've noticed is that the lift can sometimes be a bit slow, especially during morning houwhen everyone is heading out. It's not a deal breaker but something they could improve.
