    We bought a 1 BHK here last year. The carpet area for the 1 BHK is between 344 to 381 square feet, which felt adequate for our needs. D. R. Gavhane Destinations has a good reputation, and this project, DR Gavhane Destination Memoir, was ready to move in which was a big plus. The location in Chikhali is developing, and we found it convenient for daily commutes. The only slight issue is the traffic getting out of Durgamata Colony during peak houcan be a bit much. Parking is closed car parking, which is good. Overall, a decent purchase for us.
