Finding a home with good amenities for the kids was important. Delta Shree Residency has a nice children's play area which my son loves. The location in Chikhali is also convenient as SNBP International School is nearby. We bought a 2 BHK which is about 470 square feet, fitting our family well. The budget was around 25-30 Lakh, and this project fit within that. Water supply is 24x7 which is a relief. We are still waiting for the OC though, which is a bit concerning. Delta Buildcon should ideally provide that soon.
