We were looking for a new home and decided on Dollar Point Apartments by Lloyds Realty. The JP Nagar, Phase 4 location is exactly what we needed. It’s great being so close to ORCHIDS The International School, making the morning commute for my kids much easier. Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta is also nearby, which is reassuring. The apartment layouts we saw were practical and offered good natural light. The developer seems to have focused on functional living spaces. One minor issue we noticed was that parking space seemed a bit limited, especially if you have more than one vehicle. However, the overall environment and the convenience make it a good choice for us.

As teache, we value proximity to good schools, and ORCHIDS The International School being just under a kilometer away was a major factor. Lloyds Realty is building this project. The only drawback we’ve observed is the traffic noise on the main road, which can be noticeable during busy times. However, once inside the apartment, it’s generally quieter.
