We moved into DNV Arcelia a few months ago and it's been pretty good so far. As a young couple working in IT, the connectivity to the Pune-Mumbai expressway was a huge factor. Our 2 BHK flat is a decent size, around 600 sq.ft carpet area, which feels spacious enough for us right now. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained and we use them quite often. The only slight issue is that the roads around Ravet can get quite dusty during construction season, but that's a minor point. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live and close to where we work.

We finally upgraded from our rented place to a 2 BHK in DNV Arcelia. We looked at a few options and this one stood out. The carpet area for our flat is 700 sq.ft, which is a significant improvement. We loved the children's play area, it’s perfect for our little one. The clubhouse and multipurpose room are nice additions for evenings. The pricing was within our revised budget, falling around 60 Lakhs. One thing to note is that the OC is not yet available, which is a bit concerning for future resale value, but the builder assured us it's in process. Otherwise, the community seems friendly.
