The project was ready to move by December 2022, which was very convenient. The presence of storm water drains is a practical feature, given the climate. While the location is good for hospital access, the nearby distance to Lokmanya Nagar Metro Station is a bit inconvenient for commuting to other parts of the city. DND Infrastructure has built a functional property.
