The 1145 sq.ft 2 BHK we saw had a decent layout, though the second bedroom felt a bit small for our liking. My partner liked the children's play area and the gated community aspect gives us peace of mind. It's also convenient that Pipartoli Road is right there for quick access. The price range is pretty competitive for this size. We are still considering it, but the proximity to work is a major plus.
