I recently booked a 3 BHK apartment in Divya Nabhneel Mansion for my parents. The super builtup area of 1388 sq.ft seems quite spacious for them. The location in Ekta Nagar is convenient because the Don Bosco School and Summer Hospital are practically next door, which is important for my parents' well-being. My parents will also appreciate the Yoga/Meditation Area and the Temple within the complex for their daily routines. I am a bit concerned about the construction status being under construction with completion expected in July 2027, as it is quite a wait. However, the developer, Divya Construction, has a decent reputation. The availability of visitor parking is also a plus for when we visit.

While the overall plan looks good, I am a little worried about the traffic on Ekta Nagar road during peak hou, as it can get quite congested. But for a fit-time buyer, the planned facilities are encouraging.
