My 2 BHK apartment is spacious, around 1070 square feet, and has good natural light. The Vastu compliance was a nice feature for me. The building has basic amenities like a lift and water storage, which are essential. My main concern is the connectivity; getting to the Outer Ring Road can be a bit of a hassle during peak hou, and the roads around here get dusty easily. However, the price was reasonable for Bengaluru, around 33 Lakhs. Divya Group seems to have delivered a decent product.

We were renting in Horamavu and decided to upgrade to our own place. Divya Espancia Lepakshi caught our eye. We bought a 3 BHK around 1320 square feet. It's much bigger than our rental. The price was around 43 Lakhs, which was at the higher end of our budget but manageable. Having a swimming pool and a community hall are great amenities for our family. It's also nice that it's Vastu compliant. The main issue we face is the traffic getting to work, especially near the Outer Ring Road junction. Sometimes it takes nearly an hour to cover a short distance. Construction looks solid, though.
