We selected a 2 BHK flat at Divine Bliss because of its close proximity to Podar International School, which is literally nearby. That was a major deciding factor for us as parents. The flat size around 750 sq.ft is good enough for our family. Having a gymnasium and a community building is great for leisure. The 24x7 water supply is a basic necessity we don't have to worry about. The price point between 61.66 Lakh and 66.43 Lakh felt competitive for the amenities offered. The Vidhane Farm Bus Stop being nearby is also convenient for occasional travel.

We were looking for a ready to move property and Divine Bliss by Shantai Group fit the bill. The 745 sq.ft 2 BHK configuration we checked out seemed practical for our needs. The price range of 61.66 Lakh to 66.43 Lakh was reasonable considering the Pune market. The amenities like the gymnasium and car parking are good additions. What concerned me slightly was the traffic during peak houon the main road leading to Punawale; it can get quite congested. However, the proximity to Podar International School, being nearby, is a huge plus if we consider renting it out to families. Sewage treatment plant is also a good environmental consideration.

My husband and I bought a 2 BHK here. We liked that it's ready to move so we could shift in quickly. The built-up area of 793 sq.ft is quite spacious for us and we have enough room. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad, Punawale is developing well. We visited the site and the landscaping looked nice. The fire fighting system and 24x7 water supply are important safety and convenience features. One thing that could be better is the approach road to the project; it's a bit narrow and can be dusty. But overall, the good morning hospital being nearby is very reassuring.

This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose Divine Bliss by Shantai Group. I picked a 2 BHK flat around 760 sq.ft. The price was within my budget, around 63 Lakhs. It's ready to move which was a big factor for me. I liked the idea of having indoor games and a community building for residents. The street lighting looks adequate. The only thing I found a bit concerning is that the OC is not yet available, which makes me a little hesitant about the final paperwork. But the builder is Shantai Group and they have a decent reputation.
