The location in Talegaon Dabhade is a bit far from the main city, but it's peaceful, which my parents prefer. Having the Talegaon Dabhade Railway Station Bus Stop a short distance is good for their local travel. The price range was between 45.7 Lakh and 74.0 Lakh. Dipti Group seems like a reputable developer. I hope they will be comfortable here.
