We just bought our fit home here at Diamond Heritage. It's a 1 BHK villa, and the built-up area is around 680 square feet, which feels quite spacious for us. The price was about 68 Lakh, which was manageable for our fit big purchase. We liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 security and CCTV, making us feel safe. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad is developing nicely. One thing we noticed is that the roads around the project can get a bit dusty during the day due to ongoing construction nearby, but it quiets down in the evening. Overall, we are happy with our decision and look forward to settling in.

Diamond Heritage seemed like a good option for our family. We needed a place with good amenities, and this project has 24x7 water supply and power backup, which is essential for us. The ORCHIDS The International School is nearby, which is a reasonable distance for the kids. We are looking at a 1 BHK villa with around 910 square feet built-up area. The price point is between 75 to 80 Lakh for that size. My only concern is the connectivity to the main city during peak hou; Spine Road can get quite busy. But the gated community aspect with reserved parking is a big plus. We are still considering it, but it's a strong contender.
