The price was around 45 Lakhs, which is a significant amount but feels like a secure investment for a government employee. The amenities like the gymnasium and landscaping make it a pleasant place to live. It's good that it is ready to move. The only drawback I've observed is the distance to Miyapur Metro Station, which is quite far. However, the proximity to NH 65 is helpful for daily travel.
