The location in Vemali is quite accessible, and it's good that Podar World School is nearby. I'm looking forward to the amenities like the children's play area and the gated community aspect for safety. The construction is currently ongoing, with possession expected in December 2025. My only real concern is the dust and noise from the construction site, which is quite noticeable at the moment. I am hoping the builder will manage this effectively during the finishing stages. Overall, it feels like a decent start.
