I was looking for a ready to move flat in Coimbatore and found Dhiya Sri Yegnam. The 3 BHK configurations are quite spacious, especially the one around 1271 Sq.ft carpet area. I liked the idea of piped gas connection and the water softener plant, which are convenient for daily living. The location on Sir Shanmugam Road is also good, close to Mettupalayam Road. My only concern is the traffic noise sometimes, as it is quite accessible to main roads. The video door security and CCTV surveillance give a good sense of safety. I appreciate the Vastu compliant design as well. Overall, it met my requirements for a comfortable home.

We needed a place close to the city center and Dhiya Sri Yegnam in Puram seemed like a good option. The proximity to Coimbatore North Junction Railway station, nearby, is a huge plus for our travels. We looked at a 3 BHK with a carpet area of about 1110 Sq.ft. The gymnasium and swimming pool are decent amenities, although we haven't used the Olympic size one much yet. The landscaping is nice and provides a good environment. However, the parking area is a bit tight for two ca, which can be a hassle sometimes. The developer, Dhiya Foundation Pvt Ltd, seems to have focused on accessibility to schools and hospitals, which is great for the future. The construction was completed in October 2019, so it's a fairly new property.

The location in Puram is well-connected to Mettupalayam Road and Thadagam Road. It's also very close to The Eye Foundation Eye Hospital and Coimbatore North Junction Railway station. One drawback we observed is that the internal roads within the complex feel a bit narrow, making it slightly tricky to navigate when multiple vehicles are around. The Vastu compliant design was important for us, and this project adheres to it. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides peace of mind.
