  This is my fit property purchase, and I decided on Covai Suprabhat. I got a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1526 square feet. The price was around 76.3 Lakh, which fit my initial budget. I liked that it is ready to move in, so I don't have to wait. The location in Puram is decent, close to main roads. Covai Property Centre Pvt Ltd is the developer. They have been okay with communication so far. I’m still getting used to the whole process, but so far it seems fine. The gym is a nice amenity.

Puram is quite convenient, especially being a short distance the Annapoorna Bus Stop, which makes my daily commute much simpler. The 24x7 security provides a great sense of safety. My only concern is that the traffic on Mettupalayam Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, making it a bit noisy sometimes. However, the gymnasium is a good facility.
