The location is excellent, especially being a short distance from Nana Mava Chowk Bus Stop for my daily travels. It's also very close to K G Dholakiya School, though that's not directly relevant to me. The plot is ready to move, which is a huge relief. I do wish there were more defined green spaces or recreational amenities nearby, but for a single peon needing a secure and well-connected spot, it works.
