It is close to both the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway and Sardar Patel Ring Road, making travel easy. The 24x7 security is a good feature for peace of mind. Landscaping is well-maintained. It was ready to move when we purchased it back in 2013. The overall community feels safe and secure. Dharmaja Infrabuild has maintained the property well since then.
