Since I am based abroad, I relied on the developer, Dharma Infra Hyderabad, and their reputation. The project is under construction, with completion expected by July 2027. The location in Kukatpally, Mytri Nagar, is very important as it is close to essential services like Haha Hospital, which is nearby. Having 24x7 water supply and sufficient car parking are also key features that will benefit my parents. I feel confident in this choice.

One minor concern is the traffic on the main road leading to Mytri Nagar, which can get quite congested during peak houHowever, the proximity to Haha Hospital, also nearby, is reassuring. Overall, a decent investment.
