The budget was around 50 Lakhs, which fit my savings. The fact that it was ready to move in was a big draw, I didn't want to wait for construction. Sinhagad Road is a developing area, and it's close to Podar International School, which is good for future planning. The price point was a bit higher than I initially planned, but manageable. Dhareshwar Builder delivered this project in 2012, so it's an older building. I wish there were more modern amenities available on-site, like a gym or a proper clubhouse. Overall, it feels like a solid fit home.

Dhareshwar Builder seemed reputable at the time. The main issue we have now is the lack of specified amenities in the project, it feels a bit basic. Also, the approach road can get quite congested during peak hou, making travel a bit frustrating sometimes. The price we paid was around 45 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the area back then.
