I chose Dhaneshwari Paradise for my parents since it is ready to move and located in RR Nagar, Bangalore. The proximity to Gleneagles BGS Hospital, which is a short distance, gives me great peace of mind. Also, the Kengeri Satellite Bus Stand being a short distance is convenient for them if they need to travel. Swaraj Homes Buildeseems to have a decent reputation. The project is in Kadamba Residency, Sharda Layout. My only concern is the traffic can get quite heavy in that area during peak hou, which might make it difficult for my parents to go out spontaneously. However, the overall location is good and the flats are ready, so they can move in soon. I think this will be a comfortable place for them.

The location in Kadamba Residency is decent, and it's good that Gleneagles BGS Hospital is just a 5-minute drive away for any emergencies. I also checked out the financing options, and LIC Housing Finance is one of the banks associated with the project, which made things easier. However, I must mention that the parking area seems a bit cramped. If you have a larger vehicle or plan to buy a second car, it might be a tight squeeze. Otherwise, the building looks solid and the location is convenient enough for daily needs.
