The 24x7 security provides an added sense of safety. I particularly liked the gymnasium for my fitness routine. The proximity to Kengeri at nearby and Pattanagere Metro Station at nearby offegood connectivity for occasional travel. The built-up area for the 2 BHKs starts at 1095 Sq.ft, which is quite comfortable. The only minor inconvenience is the dust from ongoing developments in the wider Hemmigepura area, but it's manageable. Thanushree Properties has developed a project that suits my retirement needs.
