The 3 BHK flats are quite large, with the one we chose being 2178 Sq.ft built up. It's reassuring that St. Joseph's Boys' High School is nearby, making school runs manageable. The project by DF Silverline Constructions is ready to move, and the balconies for each room are a great feature for us. While the price was a bit high, around 2.6 Crore, the convenience of location and the spaciousness of the property made it worth it. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for peace of mind with young children.
