  We chose Devshree Dev Pride Apartment primarily because of its proximity to Delhi Public School Nashik, which is just 0 kilometeaway – literally right next door. My kids can walk to school easily. We bought a 1 BHK flat with a carpet area of 369 square feet. The price was within our budget, around 12.5 Lakh. It's ready to move in, which was perfect for us. The developer, Devshree Develope, has provided closed car parking, which is essential. The area is generally quiet. My only concern is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit worrying for future documentation, but the building looks solid.

  After retiring, I wanted a modest place in Nashik, and Devshree Dev Pride Apartment fit the bill perfectly. I opted for a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 410 square feet, falling within the 13-14 Lakh range. It’s a ready-to-move-in property, so no waiting period. The developer, Devshree Develope, finished the project by December 2019. The proximity to Mhasrul Gaon is convenient for daily needs. While the project is quite basic and doesn't have many luxury amenities, it serves its purpose. My only minor point of dissatisfaction is that the parking is closed car parking, which is good, but sometimes finding a spot can be a little tight if you have a larger vehicle.

The developer, Devshree Develope, has completed this project as of December 2019. While the project itself is basic, the location's potential for future rental income is what I'm banking on. The connectivity to Maharashtra State Highway 17 is also a plus for accessibility.

I purchased a 1 BHK unit with a carpet area of 458 square feet, the largest available, for about 16.06 Lakh. The price point is quite competitive for Nashik. It's a ready-to-move-in project, which meant I could shift without much delay. Devshree Developecompleted the construction in December 2019. The nearby Mhasrul – Adgaon Road provides good connectivity. My only small issue is the dust from the ongoing construction in the vicinity, but I assume that will settle down over time.

The electrical meter room is a standard but necessary facility.

The Waravandi Road nearby is useful for commuting. My main reservation is that the carpet area for the 1 BHKs, ranging from 369 to 458 square feet, feels a bit compact for the price. Also, the OC received status is not available, which is something to consider.
