We were tired of paying rent and decided to invest in our own home. Devraj Residency in Nava Naroda offered us 2 BHK flats within our budget, around 40 Lakhs. The sizes are good, from 1035 square feet onwards, offering more space than our rental. We liked the Vastu compliant design and the central cooling system, which sounds quite modern. The proximity to National Highway 8 and 59, both nearby, is convenient for our commutes. However, the road leading to the complex is quite narrow and dusty, which can be annoying. The project was completed in December 2010 and is ready to move in, which was a key factor for us.
