This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose Devnandan Supremus. I got a 1 BHK which is 729 square feet, priced at 21.95 Lakh. It is ready to move, which was perfect for me. The location in Vastral is decent, and it's not too far from the Gujarat-Vadodara Expressway. They have a lot of amenities like a swimming pool, amphitheater, and an open gym. The security seems good with 24x7 water supply. My only concern is the parking situation; it can be a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. But for a fit-time buyer, it felt like a good option to start with.

We recently moved into our 2 BHK in Devnandan Supremus. The flat is 1179 square feet, offering enough space for our family. The best part is the proximity to Crystal International School, which is just 500 meteaway. The Vastral Gam Metro Station is also just 1 kilometer away, making commuting easier. The project has a lot of facilities for kids, including a skating rink and a play area, along with a swimming pool and a squash court for adults. We chose it because it was ready to move and had a good price point for the size. The main drawback is the noise from the nearby highways and the general dust in the area.

The location in Vastral is developing nicely, and it's close to the Ahmedabad-Zalod Highway. I appreciate the earthquake-resistant structure. The community has a nice swimming pool and an open gym which I use regularly. The only downside is the traffic can get quite heavy during peak hounear the Sardar Patel Ring Road junction. The price was within my budget. Overall, it’s a peaceful place to live.

The project was completed back in 2013 and is ready to move into. The pricing for the 2 BHK units, around 30-35 Lakh, seemed reasonable for Ahmedabad. We liked the idea of the equipped clubhouse and the multipurpose room. However, the OC is not available, which is a concern for us given it was completed so long ago. Also, the access road to the project is a bit narrow and dusty, which might be an issue.
