It's under construction, with possession expected in October 2026. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad is decent. SNBP International School being nearby was a major factor for us, as we have two school-going children. Having Jupiter Hospital nearby is also reassuring. Devkamal Realities is the builder. The closed car parking amenity is useful. However, the rooms in the 1 BHK seem a bit small for a growing family, which is a slight concern.
