The 24x7 security and video door security are big pluses. It’s located in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad. The Hindon Elevated Road Extension nearby is good for commuting. The Pragati Group project has a clubhouse and swimming pool, which are nice for unwinding after work. The price of 16.52 L for the 1 BHK was very attractive. I felt safe booking here.
