The proximity to Max Super Speciality Hospital in Vaishali was a major deciding factor for me. It’s reassuring to have a good hospital so close. The project by Pragati Group is ready to move, which simplified my transition significantly. The main challenge is the distance to National Highway 24, it is quite far at 12.8 kilometeand traffic can be heavy.

The 3 BHK villa we got has a built-up area of approximately 1100 square feet. It’s close to the Noida Electronic City Metro Station, which is about a 5 kilometer ride. This makes commuting easier. The area is developing, but sometimes the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be an issue. We are generally happy with the space provided.
