The building itself is decent, nothing too fancy but it feels safe and secure. My friends say the build quality is good. I am still exploring the area, but having the metro station nearby at Banashankari, nearby, is a big plus for weekend travel. The main reason I chose this was the location and the fact it was ready for immediate occupation.
