The proximity to INODAYA HOSPITALS is the main reason we picked this spot, as health care access is our priority now. The building is ready to move which was perfect for us as we wanted to exit our previous rented house quickly. The fire fighting system is in place, though I wish there was more open space for morning walks within the premises. It is a good building for seniowho want to stay close to essential city services without the hassle of a massive township.

The area in Ramanayapeta is quiet enough, though the main road can get quite noisy during the school rush houin the afternoon. Overall, it is a decent place for a small family looking for proximity to schools.

The 599.23 square feet unit is the perfect size for them to manage. My parents really appreciate that INODAYA HOSPITALS is just 0.6 kilometeaway in case of any medical emergency. Since the project is ready to move, they were able to shift in immediately without any stress of construction delays. They have complained a little bit about the street traffic on Vidiyalavari Street, but that is expected in such a central location. The building has all the necessary safety features like fire fighting systems which makes me feel comfortable as I am not there to check on things peonally. It is a reliable property.

    Finally bought my fit home at Devarakonda Vijaya Aishwarya Venkata Chandra Residency after searching across Kakinada for months. The 2 BHK flat layout is decent for a fit time owner. Devarakonda Vijaya Kumar ensured the basics like the electrical meter room are properly set up. It is very close to the Kakinada RTC Bus Complex and Depot which makes traveling out of the city easy. The carpet area is around 620 square feet and it feels well ventilated. I did notice that dust settles quickly on the balcony, probably due to the ongoing road work nearby. Other than that, the location in Vidiyalavari Street is quite central and close to most daily shops. Looking forward to moving in permanently next week once the interioare finished.
