    This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose Devaloke Sonarcity after looking at a few other projects. I booked a 2 BHK which is 838 square feet. It felt like a good size for me and my partner. The price was a bit higher than I initially expected, around 60 Lakh, but the developer included a lot of features. I really liked the idea of the 35,000 square feet clubhouse and the mini theatre. The location in Narendrapur is developing, and it’s not too far from the city. Construction is ongoing, expected to finish in November 2028. I am a little worried about the dust from the construction site, but hopefully, that will settle down. The sales team was helpful explaining everything.
