Being ready to move meant I could settle in without delay. The Video Door Security and 24x7 CCTV Surveillance provide a good sense of safety. The Senior Citizen Siteout is a thoughtful addition. However, the traffic on Motera-Koteshwar Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider if you commute frequently. The nearby IDP School is also a plus.
