The area of Kovilambakkam is quite accessible, and having San Academy nearby was a plus. Dev Appartments offered this at a price point between 38.07 Lakh and 57.96 Lakh, which felt achievable for me. The building seems sturdy, and the staff quarter amenity is interesting. My main concern is that the OC received status is not available, which makes me a little nervous about future legalities. The construction completion was in 2013, so it's an older building.
