One small thing is the road to the main Sanand-Road is about 3.7 kilomete, so sometimes the commute can get a bit longer during peak houBut overall, the space and proximity to the school make it a good choice for us. It feels very big and comfortable for me. The location in Ghuma, near Bopal, is good. It's close to Shanti Asiatic School, which is great. The only thing I am a bit worried about is the distance to the main roads, like Sanand-Road being 3.7 kilometeaway. It makes getting around a bit time-consuming. But since it's my fit home, the space and the fact that I can move in right away are the most important things for me. Dev Group seems like a reliable developer.

The only downside I observed is that the Ambli Village Bus Station is 3.7 kilometeaway, which means public transport access isn't immediate. However, for my peonal commute, the hospital proximity is key.
