    Finding a spacious home was our priority, and Dev Aashish 41 offered a 4 BHK villa with 2367 Sq.ft area. It's a gated community, which gives us peace of mind regarding our children's safety. The children's play area is a definite plus, and it's great that they have a sports facility too. The South International School is nearby, making school runs much easier. We bought it a few months ago and are settling in well. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential amenities we appreciate. The only minor drawback is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for future documentation.

    We just moved into our 4 BHK villa at Dev Aashish 41. It's a ready-to-move property, which was perfect for us as we didn't want to wait. The 2367 Sq.ft space is plenty for us and our future plans. We really like the community hall and the gymnasium for unwinding after work. The location in Nava Naroda is decent, close enough to the highway for commuting, but sometimes the traffic on Vitthal Plaza To Haridahan Road can be a bit much during peak houAlso, the villa's price starting at 1.5 Crore was at the higher end of our budget, but the space made up for it. The landscaping is also well done.
