We finally decided on our fit home at Deshpande Shikshak CHSL SL L. The 2 BHK apartment size is 418 sq.ft which feels manageable for us right now. My husband liked that it's still under construction, giving us time to plan things. The developer, Deshpande Realty LLP P, seems to have a good plan for amenities like the gymnasium and landscaping. It's important to us to have green spaces. We also looked at the 1 RK which is very compact at 207 sq.ft, but we wanted a bit more room. The location in Aundh, Sanewadi is decent, and it's good that the Mumbai Pune highway is nearby for travel. Hopefully, the possession in December 2028 is on time.

We purchased a 3 BHK at Deshpande Shikshak CHSL SL L for my parents. The 768 sq.ft size should be comfortable for them. The location in Aundh, Sanewadi is known for being a good residential area.
