Finding a spacious home for the family was the main goal. Deeshari Palm Villa has 4 BHK villas with a large carpet area of 1875 Sq.ft. This should be enough space for our two children. The project is located in Narendrapur, Kolkata, and offea children's play area and a swimming pool, which the kids are very excited about. The developer, Deeshari Group, is building this under construction project with a target completion in December 2027. Healthway Hospital is nearby, which is important for us. The price is between 64.63 Lakh and 1.03 Crore. My only slight worry is the dust and noise from ongoing construction, but we expect that to settle down once completed. The landscaping and tree planting sounds nice.
