It is close to the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass, which is about a nearby drive, making commutes easier. We got a flat with 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential. The power backup is particularly good to have, especially during monsoon season when outages are common. Car parking is available, which was a major plus for us. The construction by Deepraj Construction seems solid. Overall, it meets our basic needs and we are settling in well. We just wish the common areas were a bit more spacious.
