This is my fit property purchase, and I decided on Deep Morayatirth in Pune. I was looking for a 1 BHK flat, and the carpet area of around 400 square feet felt like a good starting point. The developer is Deep Associates. I really liked the idea of water conservation and rainwater harvesting being implemented. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad is promising, and it's great that Elpro International School is so close. The construction is currently underway, with completion scheduled for December 2026. One thing I am a bit worried about is the parking situation. While closed car parking is provided, I hope it is sufficient for all residents. Overall, it feels like a solid beginning for my property journey.

The 2 BHK flats are a decent size, the one we looked at was around 526 square feet carpet area. We liked the idea of 24x7 water supply, especially with kids at home. The area around Pimpri Chinchwad is developing well too. My only concern is the traffic on the Old Mumbai – Pune Highway during peak hou, it can get quite bad. We are hoping the PCMC Metro Station, which is a few kilometeaway, will help ease things eventually. Deep Associates seems to be a reliable developer based on their past projects. We are hoping for a smooth construction process until December 2026.
